The UEC produce a high quality monthly newsletter, which is available to members in paper or electronic pdf formats. Email membership is just 5 per year and paper membership is 15 per year. The membership year starts in March and members joining mid-year will receive the back issues for that particular membership year.

It has never been easier to join the UEC. You can join online and pay securely using PayPal via the facility below or, if you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, you can download a membership form here.
If opting for email newsletters (delivered in pdf format) and you wish to have your newsletters delivered to a different address to that on your PayPal account, please specify the address you wish to use in the "Additional info" field below. Likewise, if you are signing up for paper newsletters and the address you wish to have them sent to is not your PayPal registered address, please correct during the payment process. Any queries, please feel free to contact the editor via the contact us link above. In all cases, it would be appreciated if a phone number could be provided in the "Additional info" field in case of any queries.
GDPR Statement:
As a small not-for-profit club, the guidance from the Office of the Information Commissioner is that the UEC are exempt from having to register with the information commissioner and the formal GDPR compliance requirements associated therewith. We are expected, however, to follow good practice. As such:
GBy submitting a membership application (via a membership form or via Paypal transaction) you are consenting to the club holding the personal details supplied in the membership application in electronic and/or paper formats. The details will be used by the committee solely for the distribution of the newsletter, issue of any important announcements and for issuing of any necessary correspondence or query with regard to your membership application. Your details will not be shared with third parties. Should any member wish to view and/or amend their personal details, please contact the Membership Secretary in the first instance.
